New Nucleated PP Resin Grade Available in North Africa
Thanks to Egyptian Propylene & Polypropylene (EPP), the North African region now has enhanced access to nucleated polypropylene (PP) resin.
EPP announced its newest PP resin grade and the first nucleated produced by Egypt’s first integrated propylene and polypropylene producer. EGYPELENE® TF540J expands regional offering beyond basic PP grades with a differentiated product enhanced with Milliken’s Hyperform™ HPN™ nucleating agent.
“We were pleased to partner with EPP to develop this market-leading PP resin grade,” shared Pazula Namaiti, Global Product Line Manager for Milliken’s Chemical Business. “Thermoformers now have a performance-driven PP resin option that balances flexural modulus and impact resistance, lowers haziness and yellowness, and reduces warpage in thin-wall molding, thanks to Milliken’s Hyperform HPN nucleator and EPP’s proficiency and excellence.”
