Milliken offers a range of high-performance nucleating agents for polypropylene. Our Hyperform® HPN® product line is designed to enhance aesthetics, provide fresher-looking parts, boost productivity, and provide confidence in food contact applications. These nucleating additives are used in various processes, including thermoforming, injection molding, and thin wall injection molding, to improve optical performance, isotropic shrinkage, regrind quality, and reduce haze. This new performance additive for homopolymer polypropylene is designed to enhance the appearance of thermoformed packaging parts and sheets. Typical applications include food and beverage packaging, meet packaging, microwavable food packaging, and electronics packaging.
