Across Milliken locations around the world, the vast majority of our associates work in manufacturing and production settings.

Every single day, our production associates and plant leadership show up and get the job done. Through hard work, technical expertise, and a spirit of collaboration, their hands make the innovations that are our company. 

We owe a huge debt of gratitude to our production teams. And today, I want to speak directly to our folks out there on the floor.

We are a manufacturing company, and our plants have always been the heart and soul of our business. 

But this year, this crazy mixed year, you all deserve special recognition. The COVID-19 pandemic forced us all to adapt to new, and often scary, scenarios. As essential workers, you showed up, you helped us pivot and get new products out the door. Production schedules ramped up and down as our customers managed their own set of challenges—and you showed flexibility and dedication. 

  

Through all of this, you upheld our safety program in a time of a highly infectious viral pandemic. You have supported the values of Milliken: integrity, excellence, innovation, sustainability, and people. You have lived our purpose—to positively impact the world. I thank all of you.
