During the month of April, the Milliken team will be speaking and holding exhibits at 7 global industry events. Topics covered at these shows will range from identifying key factors in sustainability growth to examining the performance of colorants to benefits of additives in plastics and coatings. Asia:

Come visit us in the Shenzhen, New Delhi, and Zhenghou.

(April 7) This year, we will have a speaker attending the Seminar on Coatu Platform in the Industrial coatings branch venue located in Zhengzhou, Henan Province. Fiona Liu, Advanced TS&D Professional, will be speaking on April 7^th from 9:30am-10:00am covering “Optimum solutions of Milliken additives on Waterborne industrial coatings.” She will put emphasis on ways of improving the apparent color and advancing the coating application without causing loss of coating performance.

(April 11) This year, Milliken will host an in-person SOCMA workshop at RMC to discuss the advances in developing ESG strategy. This one day event will bring together professionals and chemical manufacturing industries to benchmark with other companies and touch on ESG topics. (April 12-14) Connect with our Milliken colorants team for the PU Tech Expo located near New Delhi, India. Displays will be held the India Expo Centre and our team will be showcasing colorants for Polyurethane at Booth #N.E.11. You won’t want to miss it.

Dr. Herbert De Breuk, Global Polyurethane Technical Lead, will be presenting on Wednesday, April 12^th at 4:30pm on “Antioxidants and Scavenging technologies to reduce emissions and odor in polyurethane foam.”

(April 17-20) Come connect with our Plastic Additives team at this year’s Chinaplas conference in Shenzhen, China. The focus of this show puts an emphasis on companies that specialize in plastics & rubbers and how these contribute to new energy in our industry. Make sure to stop by the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention center to visit our Booth # 17P51 and venture over to our speaker session soon after for a very informative talk on Plastic Additives.

North America:

(April 23-26) During the end of April, we will be presenting at the annual Southern Society for Coatings Technology in Miramar Beach, Florida. Located inside the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, this is a perfect opportunity to come learn, connect and touch base with our speaker about coatings.

Lauren Hagemen, Senior Applications Chemist, will be presenting on Wednesday, April 26^th at 9:00AM on “Enhanced Performance and Durability of Light Industrial Alkyd Coatings Using High-Performance Catalysts." Make sure to stop by to learn more about the coating processes.

Panel Session:

(April 20) Join us for the annual Women in Chemicals virtual event “Women in Sustainability Panel” from 1:00pm-2:00pm to hear Deidre Sandrock, Director of Sustainability and Innovation at Milliken & Company discuss the chemical industry’s role in sustainability and how Milliken is furthering their reach into new initiatives and practices.

(April 27) Our team in Latin America will be presenting a webinar hosted by Tecnologia Del Plastico on how clarifying agents can improve performance and sustainability of Polypropelyne. This Webinar will be presented in Spanish only.
