Alica's remarkable career spans 29 years and numerous commercial and functional roles. From her early days as the Hyperform Market Manager, where she played a pivotal role in establishing the Hyperform platform as a key innovation in Milliken's plastics additive portfolio, to her current work as part of the chemical regulatory team, Alicia's vast experience and professionalism have earned her the respect and admiration of her colleagues. Her ability to adapt and excel in diverse roles, while consistently upholding Milliken's values, highlights her deep understanding of our chemical business and her unwavering commitment to our company.

One of Alicia's most commendable qualities is her dedication to nurturing future talent. Recognizing the importance of people in our success, Alicia has gone above and beyond to mentor and coach newer associates. Her willingness to share her knowledge and experience has been instrumental in helping others navigate their careers and achieve their goals. To date, Alicia has formally mentored four female associates and impacted countless others.
