Our Culture Depends on Speaking Up
At Milliken, we bring our values to life by following our Code of Conduct and speak up to report any concerns. We are all responsible for upholding our Code of Conduct. We encourage associates and suppliers to ask questions and report concerns. We make it clear that speaking up is the right thing to do and retaliation of any kind for making a report in good faith is prohibited. Any instance of retaliation against an associate for reporting a concern in good faith is itself a violation of our Code of Conduct and should be reported.
Our HelpLine is available 24/7 and is operated by a third party. Our Code explains that leaders have a special responsibility to listen and act. Your voice matters.
